Craft Candy Mini Fairs are back and will feature fantastic contemporary handmade wares. There will be none of nana’s knitted nasties, no straw dollies or pot pourri and probably no pastel pet portraits but there will be 9 stalls of crafty kitschness with jewellery and accessories to homewares and up-cycled goodies to get your mits on. We are closing applications for Craft Candy's Candy Floss early next week so this is a final call for applications from potential stallholders. The contemporary craft fair will be held at Millennium Gallery on 17th July and if our last fair is anything to go by, it will be very well attended, with at least 1000 people through the doors. Craft Candy are back with the 2nd Annual Spring Fling Craft Fair and this time it is being held in the wonderful Millennium Gallery. More than your average craft fair, Spring Fling brings together the cream of crafters with a variety of high quality items on offer. With 35 stalls and everything from artwork and jewellery to handmade textiles and toys, there is no limit to the creativity on offer. I have a shop on Etsy and Folksy, on Etsy it's so much easier to get lost in the crowd, although things are a little slower on Folksy - I'm sure it'll grow and grow though! Sarah x

I would love to come to a fair like this, you should definitely try and arrange one - I go to a book fair in Leeds every year that features a lot of Zine artists and that's great. I'm afraid I only know of two Zine artists that have come to our fairs before, I wish I knew more!
