a few years ago me and a mate where in my car going down carbrook lane/rd (steep slope going down devils elbow in grimesthorpe) and joining onto the attercliffe, peter street bit. about 7pm at night and theirs a woman on the floor, middle of rd in that industrial estate, sparked out. i nearly run her over. we stepped out and tried a bit of the are you OK? really thought she was dead (hit and run or sommet). anyway called an ambulance, it came and just as ambulance pulled up the woman GOT UP! went a bit wobbly then started walking on the pavement, the ambulance guys were talking to her as we drove off. We realised that the women was a few feet away from the "massage parlour" that had opened their and well, who knows maybe she was high on crack or something!!! its funny now but could have been so serious.

margaret thatcher knicker snatcher was what we all used to say as kids when i was young in 80s living in sheffield. she whored britian to the whole of enterprise, out of the hands of the people - and im not labour btw. Sheffield is grate though
