  1. Haze (featuring Chris & Paul McMahon from Treebeard) will be playing a rock covers set at the Coach & Horses 5-7pm on the Saturday night. Live music all day from 1pm-9pm
  2. Classic Rock Society presents a double bill of classic & progressive rock at the Wesley Centre, Blyth Road Maltby S66 8JD on Saturday 20th April, featuring Sheffield's own Haze, returning with their first studio album in over 20 years 'The Last Battle', and all the way from Glasgow, prog-rockers Comedy Of Errors, promoting their new album 'Fanfare & Fantasy'. Tickets are £10 (CRS members) £12 non-members or £14 on the door. Doors open 7pm, tickets from http://www.classicrocksociety.co.uk/shop/tickets/
  3. And Treebeard on the Elsecar Heritage Railway Folk Train Saturday & Sunday from 12noon 'til 4ish!
  4. The Outlandish Knights - rock ceilidh band featuring members of Haze & Treebeard - are playing the Sheffield University Ceilidhsoc Christmas Ceilidh at Croft House, Garden Street, Sheffield on Friday 17th December. 8pm-midnight admission is £3 before 9pm, £4 after. The band play rock influenced ceilidh tunes, with caller John Brown expertly explaining & guiding you through the dances.
  5. Treebeard will be playing at the Fox & Duck, Fulwood Road, Broomhill on Tuesday 9th November. Admission is free & the band will be onstage at 8pm. Odd Todd will be playing an interval set of American style fiddle music at around 9pm, then Treebeard will be back onstage by 10pm. Treebeard play "Heavy Wood", a mix of rock, pop & folk on assorted acoustic instruments, including giant balalaikas! Their new album "Reel Ale" will be onsale at the gig (along with the old one "Heavy Wood"). Cheers, Chris

  8. Sounds great, but keep it strictly vegan, the veggies can cope & the meat eaters can go to McDonald$ (gag). And vegan beer! Lots of it! I've had to nearly give up drinking since going vegan :-(
