  1. Can someone please explain to me the details about the 50 million debt united have found themselves in? I reliable inside source has told me that the chairman Mr Mc Cabe has asked for the 50m back he has put in over the years and that the west ham money, the sale of the Kyles and any monies entering the club are now servicing this "debt" . If so why is it still £50 ? as the west ham money must have knocked it down to a lower amount. There have been quite a few media presentations in the telegraph and star about the financial health of the blades and these are often presented by the new chief exec maybe as a PR campaign to slowly let us all down gently? , often with pictures and photo's of the chief exec and the chairman Mr M,c Cabe. I thought that the chairman was alleged to be a billionaire? Why would he want this (to him) small sum of money at this time of financial trouble (if its true) why now? I know Mr Blackwell is no Shaun O'driscoll but it seems he has had a lot to deal with and I think the outburst last night is a symptom of his frustration from all this selling. It was alleged that the club damn right misled us over selling beatie, they said "No he does not have to go" Beatie said on live tv "i did not want to leave Sheff Utd". I think the board must think we are all stupid I just can't understand why the fans are buying season tickets which cost x% of their wages and The top people are taking it all out, Am I just naive ? 2. I agree with you billy casper we just don't need the cash, so why sell yes sell hendrie and anyone else(sun) who's old and had it the answer is that we are being used by business men so they can earn their millions. I just wished they had told us of this before i renewed my season ticket. At that time all the news was "we don't have to sell" beattie all over again. thanks a lot Blades owners and businessmen. Thanks for "putting the club first" I think not.
  3. What is going on, I just can't believe these rumours do we need to sell all these promising young players? I mean do we really need to?
  4. No he was stood looking at three objects with his next door neigbours and his wife. Last weekend , i think
  5. Hi I heard recently about a ufo sighting over ringinglow, from a friend. I said I'd ask on here if anyone else saw anything. Any comments welcomed. Booo
  6. Thanks for all the comments I see now that its probably a good sell. Maybe I am a bit naive . Anyway did not want to start a big row. I got what I wanted some good points and I feel better now. Football is obviously a lot about business and lets hope that one young player can help us get in the quality we need elsewhere in the team. Thanks all Booo
  7. ok if thats how it is, I'll accept it. still feel a bit disappointed cheers all
  8. I've tried to deny for a while that the sufc is being used as a business advert by certain individuals for a while. The sale of kyle has now made me face this fact and I am very upset by this. I have seen us buy austrailian player to advertise the business interests in austrailia (Valad) A maltese keeper to tie in with the Malta stuff, a chinese club purchased and 2 chinese players to help chinese business interests.25 million from west ham and no money for players unless we sell kyle. An academy for the creation of players to sell for profit. The new stands redeveloped to attract 2012 and 2018 events, the whole stadium on tv with the branding all over it. Yes the people in charge are keeping us out of debt, but the deal should cutt both ways. The club is buying nobodys' and has beens and selling our best players. The club is just now an advert for the promotion of businesses owned by the rulers down there. Its not even 50/50 its all for them and the team and fans can just keep on payingfor it. The fans team should come first then the businesses that help should benefit too. This is how I logically see it. I have been in denial but , hey! the lies about beattie"he does not have to go, the we find beattie said I was pushed. I rest my case, please someone prove me wrong. Booo
  9. good luck del well done wednesday, you got a good un there
  10. i agree barnsley deserve a sell on fee they have helped him become what he is. we should just get on and give em the 2m we got for tonge and all the others we have sold whats going on at the lane, why is the stadium an ad for the chairmans businesses valad stand, fraziers property stand, we even buy players to help these businesses, carney(austrailia valad) chinese players(far east interests) new goalie from malta( malta stand and shirts) is the balance right are we justan add for private business . Can we not afford Brian howard?
  11. whats happening here, I'm confused has he signed or not, can't believe we won't pay what they want, for gods sake mr mc cabe spend some money, whats wrong with you?
  12. A friend of mine who is a big player in the property game says now is the best time to buy with the market cooling, interest rates have reached the peak for the current cycle. Christmas on the way, and rates due to come down after christmas, confidence will return to the Market, in the spring, I've said it before could be the best time thats why those with the money are now eagerly buying. The last time I posted his opinion out I got slated(2004 September) and everybody said prices would fall 20-30 %. Since then they have rose more than that. I'm not saying this is right, but its strange how the big players take an opposite view to the rest of us mere mortals.
