  5. Erm, isn't it where Takapuna was? I didn't know it was a secret.
  6. Yeh i thought so, it's not a huge job is it? How do you think it would be? Obviously the hyperlink buttons will change aswell but i'm not sure how that works.
  7. Will that change the design of the page or just help me update it?
  8. I am interested in a quote to redisgn my website i have set up. Here's the link to the site - http://www.southyorkshirepride.co.uk/site/ I update it using a CMS system so i can add and delete pages. I need the pages which are just templates - a main page and a page for all other subsequent pages redesigning to make them more cutting edge and up to date. I have lots more new images which i'd like to upload and incorporate into the news items aswell as other areas. We also have a new logo which we think would be nice to use as a running theme throughtout the website. I have attached it for you. Also for your info i'm moving the website to a new domain address once it's been updated. I have a very, very tight budget and don't know what the committee will stretch to in terms of cost but i suspect it will only take a few hours to develop. Let me know what you think and a quote would be really helpful.
  9. It's still on the rise and it's infact up to 26/27 storeys at the moment.
  10. Go to a hotel like Novotel, Hilton or Royal Victoria. You get a three course meal then a disco until 12-1am. That's what we were going to do but all the dates we wanted was taken so had to book the HaHa for a meal which was reasonable.
  11. I wouldn't wear a hoody, not many places will let you in unless you go after work.
  12. It doesn't cater for all. Like James says it caters for the masses who like cheesy music. I agree the atmosphere is the reason we go. I see loads of friends i don't often see elsewhere. However, I do think having the DJ that played at SY Pride and 'Whilst other girls do their makeup' (do they still play?) have revived the second room at Climax a little as it can be a little boring hearing the same songs each month in the main room. This is why we often stay in the second room.
  13. Not particularly no, I only go cos everyone seems from the scene goes and you see people you don't usually see when going to Dempseys etc. I have to say now i spend more time in the smaller room because the main room is far too cheesy (no offence to DJ Scott because he's a nice guy but i just don't enjoy the music) and camp. Its really annoying when songs are repeated in both rooms but i've heard it happen in the same room aswell.
  14. Try Alfie and Bella's. You wait a very reasonable 30 minutes for two slices of toast. There's a whole compliants thread at my work about the place.
  15. Heyup, I think there's roads around Collegiate that aren't covered by the Parking Permit thing. IIRC Monague Street just of Cemetery Road hasn't got any restrictions on it. Then it's only a 5min walk to Collegiate Cres' - I could be wrong though. Someone on here will probably correct me but it may be worth checking.
  16. Hi I'm updating a website i've used for an event last year. I am not in the process of planning this years event so need to spruce up the current site. Firstly I need help tranfering a domain name i have registered. Also i have website where i can update it by logging into a CMS system. This is what i want to use for next years event as it's very easy to constanly update it. But because the pages are all set i can't change them. I am willing to pay for someone to set up a new site like my current one. Please get in touch if you can help. The current site is here if you have any ideas on how it can be more 'up to date' please let me know. Regards, Gary
  17. That should be nice, will give it a try. What's happening with Flowers in the Window then?
  18. I tried this last night and worked a teat thanks! BUT my sister wants to use it for MSN Messenger and is generally not going to get used to the Linux desktop. IS there any alternative? I can't get windows the reinstall as it gets stuck towards the end of the installation even though the drives have been formated etc. How would i disable Hardware?
  19. Hi All, My sister's laptop won't startup. She's had it since March and has worked fine. I'm miffed at what she's done to it and i can't fix it myself. Basically the computer turns on then just sticks at the windows loading page. I've tried to boot from disk and reinstall windows vista and i've tried to format the hard drive but when installing windows again it gets stuck on the final part of the installation after the restart. Has anybody got any ideas as to what i can try to fix it?
  20. It's going to be in the building that's currently being built behind Varsity on Devonshire Green.
