How do you know they haven't ended up in ICU? Have you asked all unvaccinated people? Or are you assuming they because you are unvaccinated and never ended up in ICU that it's the same for everyone that didn't have a vaccine? And you are assuming that it hasn't helped.

Ive had covid and not ended up in ICU. Had a cough and tiredness for about a week, the vaccine helped my body fight it off. As opposed to pre vaccine days where I'd have most likely struggled to breath and likely ended up in hospital.
