  1. Not sure about numbers. You could put an FOI through for specifics. I think he only got a suspended sentence because there is a rumour he is a flasher
  2. They are. But in this case the subject only received a suspended sentence
  3. Those laws are already in place
  4. Irrelevant. You can't detain and deport without considering the asylum claim first. Then if the claim is refused, it's likely to have appeal rights which means you can't keep detaining.
  5. You can't ignore any asylum claim based on how someone managed to come into the UK. If you could, the government wouldn't have a backlog and resort to Rwanda
  6. The fact that he received a suspended sentence means that he wasn't eligible for a deportation order. The judge clearly didn't seem the sexual offence serous enough to warrant a harsher sentence or considered this person's character or background in their sentencing. And you can't ban people claiming asylum. How many times does it need to be said? You can remove, deport and ban from entering the UK. But if someone arrives and claims asylum you can't ignore it and put them on a plane.
  7. There's innocents on both sides and there's perpetrators on both sides. You do well to remember that.
  8. Both are as bad as each other. End of. It's not a competition as to who's the worst .
  9. Don't worry..none of that is happening only on your head
  10. Of course I do because I quote them in my reply you moron
  11. Absolute gobsh**e Not sure I should admit to anything when you clearly don't
  12. All smoke and mirrors. It won't change a thing. People will continue to arrive via small boat and immediately claim asylum and we'll have to consider that.
  13. Thankfully due to media coverage there is now a video out there of the incident. Thanks national media coverage
  14. This may come as a surprise to you but no one gives a crap about what you do.
  15. Cop out. Accuse someone of a Straw man and avoid the point.
  16. So me agreeing with law, order and safety is equivalent to me restricting your life and somehow not living in a free society?
  17. Yes you've got it wrong. I've always said that I agree with the reasons why the school has a ban in place. So nowhere am I restricting you or telling you what you can and can't do.
  18. Yes they do. It's just that the media only report on the worst case scenarios to drum up hate.
  19. Feel free to share with the group where I am telling people what to do and how to live their lives? We do live in a free country. It's why we have many people making the journey here. Don't like it? Go emigrate to North Korea or the Middle East. Then see how much freedom you get.
  20. It's never been about that. He just doesn't like being told no
  21. Speak for yourself. I’ve followed the rules, had my vaccines and paid no price and enjoying life as Covid is no longer an issue.
  22. The home office do have chartered flights but they are very expensive and don't always guarantee full planes because of timings, last minute legal challenges, injunctions, doo gooders, lefty lawyers etc. So sometimes where only individuals are concerned then routine flights are used. At the end of the day it's all down to costs
  23. She and every other passenger that stood up should be made aware of his crimes and pay for the costs of the aborted flight with a travel ban.
  24. Perhaps I'm being flippant. I know it's not a prison in the exact sense but when it's deliberately intended to be a persons only source of shelter then psychologically it's a prison.
