Sheaf - great beer, but god they need a dimmer switch as it's a bit like sitting under flood lights. Too many grumpy old men with grumpy old dogs hogging huge tables to themselves too. Fat Cat - class, great grub too. Fagans - cool, bit pokey and a bit out the way -
I might stop giving (!?!?) to our local chinese cos of human rights issues in China, or maybe i'll stop buying any american produce as they have propogated more killing than most (well maybe apart from Stalin) oh hang on I'm gonna boycott Vodka cos of what Stalin did...I'm gonna boycott people with moustaches cos of Hitler and poor people cos of Ghandi and cigars cos of Groucho or playing guitar cos Blair's got one or listening to the radio cos fred west used to do it or writing cos of Arthur C Clark... Numbty!

it's about £28 a lesson and you probably need 10 or so lessons to be able to enact the principles (or not if you know what AT is all about).

Alexander technique is amazing and has totally sorted me out on all sorts of fronts. You need lessons really as books don't have the same impact. I was taught by Graham Crewe who was wicked, although here are a list of registered teachers, just stick Sheff into the search and bingo: http://www.statsearch.co.uk/teachersearchuk.cfm

Hi As you might've seen in The Star a few weeks ago: my mate Rich Bebb has quit his day job to cycle 2365 miles to every football ground in the football league, hopefully ending his journey at the Millenium Stadium on FA cup final day. The purpose of this mammoth task is to raise money for Cancer Research. Donations can be made at http://www.justgiving.com/aroundthegrounds92 Thanks JLew
