Hi,bought my son a second hand laptop for his birthday and all as been well since july,he decided to password protect it from his brother and now he cant remember it,i have just tried a password removal cd off ebay but it doesnt seem to work,i change the bios to boot from cd but that hasnt worked either,any ideas or help,the machine is a Samsung 270e
