You'll need to boot the computer from the windows CD. To do this go into the bios and make your first boot device CD. Put the win CD in and restart. Then follow the instructions. Simple. You then have the fun of reinstalling all your drivers and programs. I tend to download all the most recent versions and burn them to CD before doing a wipe and reinstall then it's easy. Also you might as well up date windows before installing any other programs Make sure you back up any work first because you won't be able to get it back. Good luck

I'm allergic to too many things as i have exzema and asthma and a weird nut allergy. I can't eat brazil nuts, walnuts, hazelnuts. Here's the weird bit: I can eat bountys but not raw coconut and I can eat marzipan which I think is made from almonds Also some bananas have a similar but less potent effect. I just avoid all nuts here poss and all foreign chocolate

There is one at don valley stadium, they have a beam and a A-bars, and vault but limited floor work facilities. The coach seems to be very competant and good with children. There is also an Acrobatics tutor who I highly recommend (I attend the adult class when possible). I stayed in the IBIS and agree it is THE worst hotel in the world ever. The food was dreadful MacDs was much better!

I thought 'the evil dead' was a comedy (all three of them ). I've not seen any really scary films. I saw 'the grudge' couple of day ago that was scary but probably not the scariest.
