I have a problem with damp/condensation in a property I rent out and have been recommended by the management company I use to install Dry Master Positive Ventilation System. Has anybody had this installed or know of it. Just looking for some genuine feed back on it not the usual blurb on their site.

Try gently pushing the opening sash part outwards on 4 corners, It should break the paint, Usually works for me

I really am shell shocked this has happened in Meersbrook park. I spent most of my childhood there, From walking the dogs,Sledging, Lots of courting. And walking back through at stupid hours from locarnos, I don't think there's a blade of grass i haven't trod in that place.

I wouldn't think it would be a good business opportunity with Morrison's owning Grimsby fish plant, I think a mobile fishmonger would struggle to compete. I do know one who lives in grimsby though and they do very well

Thanks for the replies; what a shame it's gone. Google seems to think the Huthwaite shop is still open. Anywhere else which will mix Farrow & Ball (or other) colours for a sensible price and decent quality? I know B&Q etc will do it but they charge handsomely for a custom mix, whereas Stokes were reasonable at £20ish for 5L as I recall.

Lowes do farrow and ball colours, Bit more than £20 though I'm afraid

I think it changed to spencer coatings? Anyway the prices were about a third more expensive than other places. Such a shame because stokes paints was decent quality
