there is a car park right next to it, to say you live there you dont really notice much do you? although obviously the car park is no way big enough to hold all the visitors, but saying that the car park at bramall lane is no where big enough to hold all the fans there on match days, but you dont here no one complaining about that though do you?

were planning on hiring a people carrier typr thing like an mercedes vito or something, as were gonna be spending alot of time in it so its gotta be comfortable

well to be honest we just wanna a spend a night or two in france and then maybe a couple of nights in somewhere like benidorm in spain, then just drive back, what do you reckon how many days will that take?

me and a few friends have decided we want to go on a road trip to somewhere like Spain. we basically want to pass through a couple countries and want to spend a night in each country at most, as we want to do around trip within 4-5 days do you think this is even possible in such a short space of time? although there are 5 of us that will be sharing the driving. so does anyone have any suggestions, advice or any links to any websites that might be useful?

bad news im afraid but my brothers just found out from the estate agent that the abbeydale rd property is now under offer, so i guess thats out of the question now! So the only other option would be Page Hall, but by the sounds of some of the previous posts that isnt a very good location? So is there any other areas anybody can recommend or any properties that might be worth checking out?

yes its near the junction with Woodseats rd, and to be honest he wants to concentrate on sales rather than repairs, its good to know there are lot of landlords with property round there. So do you think a business like that would do well in that area then?

this property is further up towards the millhouses end, so what do you reckon is there much walking trade round that area?

can you explain a bit more about the sheffield chamber of commerce and how they can help

the only thing with the abbeydale property is its situated at the 'quite end' as it is near the woodseats junction which seems quiter than the other end towards town, where Spar is, Anyway any other suggestions guys?

well the type of customers he normally deals with are normally lanlords that buy 1 or 2 items for properties they let out ie student accomadition, bedsits etc and he also deals with low income households ie people living in council properties or rented properties that sort of stuff. Hope that gives you a better idea of the type of customers the business currently attracts. But after all that is in down south so the type of customers that he may attract in sheffield may be different? Thanks for the advice so far, but keep it coming guys

Hi, my brother is thinking of relocating his business and home from down south to our lovely city of sheffield, the business he runs is a domestic appliance shop ie washing machines, fridges etc. mainly reconditioned stuff at budget prices but also new stuff aswell. He has been to see two properties To Let which he is kind of torn between, the first one is in pagehall near Barnsley Rd and the second one is on Abbeydale Rd bottom end towards Millhouses, size and price wise they are almost same. But he is not sure which area is more suitable for his line of business. So guys what do you reckon? and if you think that he would be better to relocate to a totally different area all together then please feel free to let me know.
