I have just had mine removed a month ago. Was seen at beginninng of December in clinic at NGH and had it removed at beginning of Feb. I was really pleased with my treatment. In the meantime it is a good idea to stay on a fat free diet to avoid serious attacks.

Has anyone else had the phone call from the "computer systems" people who tell you there is something wrong with the way your PC is running? I must get 3 calls a week from them. My sister believed them and was on the point of paying them by credit card to fix it when her hubbie came home and stopped her. I usually tell them I don't have a PC and they must be mistaken but it is getting really annoying.

I got one from the garden centre at Castleton. I think it's called High Peak garden centre.

Most cities both here and abroad seem to have one of these wheels now. Suppose it is a good way to view a city if you are a visitor.

I can recommend Twelvetrees at Upperthorpe. They have now crpeted almost all my house. Their fitters are excellent and they have a range of carpets. Mine were quite expensive but my daughter had ones that were very reasonable.

Try Broomheads at Crookes near The Grindstone pub. Good quality fish, traditionally fried in beef dripping!

Did anyone else see something strange falling from the sky last night at around 9.30pm. I was visiting a friend in Crookes and as we looked out of her front room window we saw what appeared to be a sky diver falling with no parachute. We lost sight of whatever it was when it was obscured by the rooftops opposite. We had not been drinking honestly! Would love to know if anyone else saw it.

Where is a good place to buy a laptop? Do not want to use usual PC World/ Curries etc as their staff are soo unhelpful. Does anyone know a small shop where you get good advice and backup?

There is only one decent fish and chip shop in Crookes and that is Broomheads. Family run for donkey's years and they know how to do a proper job!
