I had a dishwasher delivered last week and they was apparently meant to un pack it when they bought it in and they didnt and because my plumber only came yesterday to fit it thats when we noticed it was damaged there trying to tell me because i didnt call within 48 hours they cannot do anything im waiting for someone to call me back today, ive been on to consumer rights and i know they have to replace it ill take legal action if i have to i got that wound up yesterday ive mad myself ill just preparing myself for more of it today not good enough is it shouldn't be damaged in the first place i cant even open the dishwasher door because the bottom of it is damaged i wont be using them again after this is sorted no chance

Did you go on the website and look coz it said to still contact o2 as you would on the same number etc so maybe they will, we shall see if it goes up a lot i wont be able to afford it for sure

I know im the same although mines £20 a month :/ hopefully they will leave it at the same price or they will have a lot of customers moving
