Sky said the phone line is okay they have checked but there sending an engineer as there is clearly something else going on. The problem started last friday the 23rd was fine till the evening

Mines the same im s11 even had a new router sent still dropping out ever few seconds now got an engineer coming monday but what if they say all is fine then where does that leave me. I used to be with o2 tried my old router for that and it worked fine so not sure how it can be the socket to be honest just dont understand why its suddenly stopped working my sky was fine up to a few days ago :/

Im not from there im s11 and have been having issues for a week they first said it was the router so sent me a new one yet its still cutting out every few mins now got to wait for an engineer to come monday

Ive already had a gastroscopy that was horrendous for me as the sedation didnt work. Whats the chalky drink like they make you have? and how much?

Small bowel study with barium meal has anyone ever had one? ive got to have on in a couple of weeks...picolax the night before then day of the test a chalky drink :/

Been given a test colon capsule to swallow a test one that dissolves and cant swallow it so looks like i'll be having a colonscopy then argh

Okay results gastroscopy was normal so defo not got ceoliac next i either have a capsule colon or colonscopy plus and capsule endoscopy im being booked in to have tester with one that dissolves first to 1 check I can swallow it and 2 check it isnt going to get stuck. Then shall decide which im having and you have to have the super strong laxative for both which is what i think im more scared of as ive heard it brutal

Who was it? Not mcalindon was it? Yeh they might but they still might not do it at Thornbury I'll ask when I go back

Im not sure if they do it private im being seen at thornbury because we have bupa and i wasnt offered an appointment till the end of july and and i cant wait that long to find out what wrong

Next is capsule endoscopy but that only apparently looks at the small bowel so I will maybe have to have a colonscopy last if I consent to it. ---------- Post added 24-04-2014 at 21:09 ---------- I asked if I could have an enema and he said it wouldn't clean it out enough would only do it to a certain point :/

Will do think i go back on the 7th may. Im not bothered about that just heard horrible things about the laxative being brutal

I am indeed glad its over just hope he doesnt make me have the colonoscopy as well although i said if i had to that would wait till have the capsule endoscopy but shall see what he says when i go back

Oh god i had the dye as well but i looked okay after was just very red. I was like it all the way through the consultant apparently told my mum before i was bought back to the room that i was very stressed. Results are in 2 weeks :/.

Well I had it done I was in such a state when I got there and I can say that the sedation didn't work I gagged all the way through it and thought I was choking it was such a relief when it was done if I ever have to have one again they either give me something that actually works of a general. All I have now is bad tummy pains from the biopsys and feel a little weird today ha

Is that not the same for gastroscopy then?

Thanks i hope so still feeling sick and got a right head ache which is clearly nerves roll on about 7 tomorrow night when it should all be over ---------- Post added 21-04-2014 at 19:09 ---------- Did you get pain with the gas when it was trying to come out later on or just burping i know once when i had a laporscopy i was burping alot due to gas but i also had bad pain in my shoulders

Ahh i will be having it i think didnt sleep last night and yesterday i felt sick all day dont feel so great today argh wish it was being done tomorrow morning not at tea time i have all day tomorrow to wait not being able to eat etc but defo will ask for sedation my mums taking me and im stopping with them that night so i wont be on my own at any time just got to get through it some how

Eeek the day is getting nearer i dont mind remembering it as such what i will mind is chocking on it or feeling anything. Yes because they said afterwards they didnt say during or at the time...i meant could they feeling or remember anything whilst it was being done or was it only after that they forgot

Ive been told a few horror stories and a few that said they didnt even remember it my mums had it done and said she didnt remember it but i shall be the judge of that one i guess. But on the letter it says i can have water till 3.15. How long did the sore chest last for?

I hope the sedative works i have a big fear of anything going down there tube wise after i was tube fed a couple of years ago and i can say that was the most awful thing ever i was pinned down for that as well within an hour i was sick because they put the food in that fast that the tube ended up coming out needles to say i didnt have another one in think thats why im most scared

I think i will defo opt for the sedation but does the sedation make you feel sick? i have no rush to be home and i will be stopping with my mum and dad that night so thats fine. Its not being done till tea time which i think is even worst because i have to wait all day worrying about it.

My mum will be going with me so that's okay. I've just heard people say they still had to be pinned down even when sedated and does the sedation make you feel sick at all?
