The Left only want to increase taxes that other people pay. As soon as any tax increase impacts upon them it becomes completely unacceptable.

Eyewitness Jayne Wilkinson is quoted as saying "We saw all the people running towards us, and then there was an Asian guy in his 40s carrying a knife seven or eight inches long." So is it probable that he was an Asian Irish Republican, an Asian demented Brexiteer, or an Asian muslim? I don't think much assumption is required. -
And, how do you define "rich"?

No, that's why he won three general elections. -
I said that a Sainsbury's would be far more of an asset to the community than the Plough was. When Sainsbury's opens far more people will use it than have used the Plough for the last few years, hence it being more valuable to the community.

That's exactly right Andy. The Plough has been a terrible place for at least ten years, it has always felt as if it was awaiting the inevitable. Now, when it is about to be put out of its misery, a few protesters with nothing better to do have decided that it should be saved. To describe it as an "asset of community value" is hilariously inaccurate. If it does reopen, what do these people think will change to entice paying customers through the door? A Sainsbury's Local would be far more of an asset to the community.

It was The Beehive.

I went in a pub on West Street to watch a Wednesday away game on Sky last season and they wouldn't put it on. They said that, on police advice, the city centre pubs don't show either teams' live games. You might have more luck on Eccy Road. Champs?
