Hi all, On behalf of Sharon can I thank you all for your support. The error of judgement made by The Star was rectified as soon as possible and we are currently working to have all references to the original publication on the websites removed. We handle the PR for the Children's Centre and are currently working with The Star and others to bring this to a suitable conclusion. It would be helpful to Sharon if this thread could be left where it is so we can concentrate on resolving the issue. Thanks again for all your support.

I think you will find them more flexible now. They wont touch retail but they will do service sector etc. If they can't help they should know someone who can. I handle the company's PR and I'm sure they would at least welcome a check up on your success to date.

If you are as successful as you appear, have you thought about going back to UK Steel Enterprise Ltd? It is always looking for good companies to invest in and if you have a track record there it should make it easier. I would also suspect it would like to help you with some free PR if helped set you on the road to successful growth. ;-)

I'm not sure if this is the right forum for this but have you seen the Ask Sid competition for 14-16 year olds? Basically four teens will will a full day out in Sheffield that includes skiing, bowling, rock climbing, pizza and cinema! You should try contacting Voluntary Action Sheffield, they have a full list of charities etc that may be interested

You need to get in touch with Sheffield Information Link. They have loads of information about how to set up a service, what others will be in your area and what you will need to do. It also runs an online database of all childcare providers so people can find you.
