  1. Ah thank you yeah that's pretty much how it went down yesterday. They seemed fine doing it. I've just put them in their pens for the day, girls in one and the boys in the other but they can reach each other through the bars. I'll definitely keep you in mind if I'm unsure of anything. I've always had rabbits but whenever I'v had new rescues come in, they've been rescued together so never actually done any introducing myself.
  2. Hi! I have 2 does, who will be 2 in July. I rescued them together so that's how they've always stayed. They get on perfectly.. I have been and adopted 2 6 month old bucks from pets at home, the boys are neutered so I'm looking to keep them all together, I've just put them in a pen together for 5 minutes just to see how the initial introduction goes, it seemed to go well. The boys were on the girls very quickly, a few of the odd grunts but no fighting between any of them. I'm just wondering if anyone has any other tips, as I don't want the girls to be constantly under the boys.. Will it be like that all the time? or just until they've got used to each other? Thanks!! Nat
  3. Hi, I have 2 rabbits in a double hutch. I had the same problem, I've lifted the hutch off the ground and on the wood around the mesh and on the door frames I use copper tape, which I have round to work! no slugs or any creepy crawlies apart from the odd spider. I would definitely recommend it! http://reviews.homebase.co.uk/1494-en_gb/670664/reviews.htm Hope this helps
  4. Hi, my cats turning 12 next month, and got ran over a couple of years ago which has left her a bit unable to groom herself properly. We bought some foam cat shampoo that doesn't require water, from pets at home, but she seems to be allergic to it as it leaves her a bit scabby. I was talking to a neighbour who suggested I try baby shampoo? If anyone has had this sort of problem and found something that works please let me know, or if anyone knows of anything else I can try. Thanks x
  5. I got them all from pets at home, I started with guppies but one by one they all died off, so tried different fish, will not be getting any more from them. One of my mollies seem to be chasing the others around. I'm so Co fused by the way things are going in my tank, now putting anymore in, and just waiting to see how long these last 6 go on for. Thank you guys :-) x
  6. I'll have a look on there when I get home later, thank you
  7. They are literally vanishing, iv come across 2 fish skulls today.. Not liking this at all to be honest. I've noticed though, that in the tank, my mollies seem to be chasing the others around and having a go at them. But never at the gourami. I do my water changes. I never had this problem before. I've had these fish in together since September and it's only the last few days that it's happened x Thanks for the comments :-)
  8. this is so sad yet so true. growing up, i had no say when my dad gave up MY dog... they were my exact words...'How could you?' i am planning on getting a dog for life in the near future. no chance of me turning my back on it once i've got it... too many people lose interest in the dogs once the bouncing puppy starts going grey so sad
  9. hello, just wondering if anyone has any idea what my problem could be.... i have a lovely little tropical tank with Phantom Tetra Dwarf Gourami Mollies but..... since adding my 2 Kuhli Loach, i have noticed that the others are slowly disappearing, is it the loaches that are doing it? thanks

  14. Ebony is 10 and a half. she's caught a 'cold' off our other cat, she's up coughing and sneezing all night and day. She's keeping herself to herself, and has gone off her food. Been and bought her some 'Nurish UM' paste from pets at home and some conditioning tablets too.. in hope that they will work as a 'pick me up'. she doesn't seem to want to eat either, just licking the jelly off her meat. Any ideas that might help would be helpful.
