Oooo sounds like that pc is full of viri and the like. Get a decent firewall first of all. The best firewall out right now is outpost 2009, but it is not free. On the plus side it is better than most free ones. Best free one would be comodo, but some people have issues with it. I would not suggest zone alarm, its a pile of junk. Anti virus, get avast!. It is free, and doesn't generate as many false posatives like avg does. If you can't get rid of the viri and malware, do a good ol reformat, and make sure you install the recomended software. If you are unsure, google search for software firewall tests/comparisons, and you could do the same for anti virus software. (note, ALWAYS avoid trash like norton, and the heap of crap you are using now)

Rare was never owned by nintendo. But they were contracted to make games for them, for the N64. (a bit like namco did for the ps1/2). Donkey kong however is owned by nintendo, rare was set the task of making the actual games for the n64. Back on subject, why is it that most 360 games are online multi play only? I wanted UT3 a game one would expect to have a four player mode. But it has not... so I wont be buying it. These game companys are shooting themselvs in the foot with this sillyness.

Some great games on XBLA if you have an internet connection. Disc wise, halo 3 is great on multiplayer at home, with four players. Sega rally 3 and colin mcrae are also great. The newer project gothams are not as good as the first two but are not too bad non the less.

mine is MasterGalvatron but I have not got a gold account as I don't play tha much online. Mostly mates around 4 player on halo 3

I was just wondering how many people know about this sort of thing. It has been my intrest for quite a few years. Emulators enable you to play older games on your pc that were not ment for it. Allsorts from spectrum, megadrive to sega saturn and playstation. The best one though is MAME (multiple arcade machine emulator) emulates thousands of arcade games from all sorts of eras. The games that run on emulators are taken from their original media (wheather it be tapes, carts, discs or arcade boards) and the data transfered to files in which load in the emulator. Legality of obtaining the games is a seperate issue. What old games do you play?

strange, when I first saw it, I wasent that into it (obtaining eps as soon as they aired in usa). Later on I gave it another go and..love it. Up to christmas I had been getting the shows on the dodgy, up to season 3...but at christmas I got the dvd set. The most awful set of extras..simply appuling..for that £50 I expected interviews, designs, on set..the works. but nothing. Anyway, glad I got it anyways as it is a great show. See the movie...it is about the pegasus (sp?) oragins and what not. Has greeeat flashbacks with original cylons too! it is now on dvd...

The evidence is/was on your forums. You can cover it up and bs all you want, but I saw it with my own eyes. I know you are only doing your job though by covering it all up so I wont hold it against you. Also people look at the adsl guide forums, BEFORE choosing ANY isp. Be espeshally vigelent with plusnet.

Ugh plusnet, avoid like the plague. WORST isp ever. And no offence to the above guy, but their support ppl are horrid. Was with em a month and that was enough. Traffic shaping and the lot. Their forums full of complaints. They even threatned users who posted to help ppl out with canseling their internet. As for pipex.....oh boy you need to search adsl guide a bit more.

Adsl2 as far as I know is for speeds over 8M.
