  1. There is a place opposite the uni that does them. The wig shop....
  2. According to the Star there was a fight in MacDonalds. A teenager was stabbed twice and ran from MacDonalds to HSBC bleeding. His friends tried to put him in a cab but the cab driver wouldn't let him in because he was bleeding badly. Passers by had called an ambulance, the ambulance turned up and took him to the Northern General. He was apparently very ill but improved over night and is now out of danger.
  3. You have quite a high opinion of your own intelligence don't you? Word of advice: don't. You sound like a pompous windbag.
  4. But if the local bobby went and told kids parents what they were up to there are some parents these days who would t*** the bobby for grassing them up!
  5. According to the Star his condition has improved a lot overnight and he is now out of danger.
  6. Blob, what is that act and why is it not being enforced now?
  7. Sounded perfectly reasonable to me to be honest.
  8. Maybe not, but that doesn't mean it's good he got stabbed and it doesn't mean we're wrong to hope he recovers.
  9. Utter B****cks. Are you angry because you got caught with a little bit of spliff and the police told Mummy and Daddy. What is my 'hidden agenda'? Shoplifting knickers from Marks and Sparks? You ned to calm down mate.
  10. Sarah that is the best post ever and I love you.
  11. Sounds like he's pulling through which is good. Hope no kids saw it, it was a little way from the rides. Horrible but it's not as bad as London yet. I remember going to the Homerton Hospital A&E and some bloke turning up with gunshot wounds. They knew he had a firearm himself and wouldn't treat him unless he handed it in so he walked out. According to the staff that was quite normal for a Friday night, but it was just round the corner from the 'Murder Mile'. Hope this is just a blip and it stays safe in Sheffield.
  12. I kind of agree with you on that (apart from the wheel which I think is a bit rubbish, although it looks nice from the Peace Gardens. Usually Sheffield is a great, safe place and I love the city centre in the daytime. But there are local areas with big problems, usually these don't spill over in to the city centre in my experience which is why I was quite shocked.
  13. Went past it about half an hour ago. The bottom of Fargate is taped off apart from a small pathway through by the shops for access. Blood on the floor and yellow forensic markers out. Was still broad daylight when I walked past and it was obviously quite a while after it had happened. Poor lad, I hope he is okay. Looked really bad.
  14. Erm, it probably was still Virgin or had only just changed when this was posted 18 months ago...
  15. In the main incident the person concerned was not on their phone. Oh, and he was 3 years old....
  16. The Sheffield Primary Care Trust have just released a statement confirming 8 new cases have been confirmed in Sheffield today. Not yet clear where they are.
  17. Pub. Get her drunk so you can have your wicked way.
  18. Good for you, they should have kicked out the miserable old cow who made such a nasty comment, not you. I hope your complaint gets the right results. I do agree with the people suggesting you go to a paper - if just to educate people that they can't behave like this. Good luck with your complaint.
  19. Too right Antics. I'm a Tory, I have big reservations about the current immigration system but I'm horrified the BNP have managed to get a seat. I like to think most of the people who voted for them did it as a protest vote thinking they wouldn't get in...well that's what I'd like to believe.
  20. To be fair Jeremy, Animal didn't say he had a problem with anybodies race, he just gave his opinion the current immigration system, there really is a difference between the two. He didn't single out any group, he just gave his opinion on immigration, race never came in to it.
  21. Why are you trying to find out? Are you tracing your family history? PM me if you are,I've traced my family back to the 1600s so I can probably give you some tips.
