Call me stupid of you like but where do I enter this number? As soon as I try to do anything on it it comes up with 'enter passwprd'. This is between 4 and 8 digits and does not accept anthing other than numbers. This means I cannot enter a * or # and the whole thing is too long! (on son's log in btw)
