Hi Our wonderful doggy and house sitter is no longer working and we need to find a fabulous replacement. We are looking for someone to either come to our home or to board the doggies - usually about 4- 6 times a year for 8 nights. We are in S10 The doggies are whippets so would not survive kennels, one is a 9 year old and the pitcher is 4 years old. Both a very friendly and extremely lovable. Does anyone have recommendations please? Thanks a lot

The place on chapel walk is good, I thought I needed a new zip on my parka style coat and they said I just needed a new fastner - cost around a fiver. Still going strong over a year later - thats customer service

I too had the groupon voucher and the same happened to me. Looked pretty stupid really with half an eye of long lashes. Really would not recommend it and had to take the lashes off within a week.

I was so fed up with the mayhem week on week with continual changes, that I emailed customer services to complain. I received a standard "sorry to hear your complaint but we really don't care" email from a do not reply address. The previously friendly and helpful staff also seem disgruntled and round every corner is another customer moaning. We should all boycott it next week and go elsewhere.

My OH has been on a trip down memory lane with this - but can't remember the name of the shop on Infirmary Road (think opposite where Tesco's is now) that used to sell Dr Martens boots? He well remembers his red boots and oxblood to keep them red - can anyone remember the store? Also, do you remember Sugarmans from the rag & tag market who used to sell crockery & pots, they then went to a shop in Exchange Place - what other shops were on there?
