  1. Hi 247 Property Services in Crookes opposite St Lukes charity shop aren't to bad. They are local and personal finding the right tenant for the property. It all depends on your circumstances and what they have on their books. Try giving them a call on 07486 391331 and see if they can meet your requirements.
  2. My neighbours are Chinese and I must say they are the nicest, politest, quietest neighbours I could ask for. They always smile and say hello when passing. I wish I could say the same about the other side who are from Sheffield, loud messy and rude. The Chinese, I cant say or spell their names and they generally keep them selves to them selves which I don't have a problem with. I just find myself signing for quite a few of their parcels that are delivered. But I must say they sure can cook and their food smells amazing. They seem to like karaoke and video games too which is fine, not really my cup of thou but thats none of my business. I just cant believe some peoples opinions with no facts. They need to get out more.
  3. 247 Property Services in Crookes. They are Sales & Lettings Specialists. For a fully managed service they do the photo's, marketing, inventories, tenant screening, viewings, credit checks, referencing and contracts. Everything for only 10% of the monthly rent. Give John a call on 07486 391331
  4. Woah thats rite good thank you Moonbird. I want the dog but me missis wont let me. Tomorrow I'd spned £200 on it and arrange for the snip and to be stabbed with all the vacs and that. She's like what about our cats this that and the other. I think more like the cats would pick on the dog as its soft as a brush as our cats (2) are proper nuts. At the end of the day it wouldn't be fair on the dog with us both working all day think thats why we got cats. Anyway thank you for that. It would be nice to find it's owner, I give it till tomorrow. Poor little mut
  5. Sorry I cant read, between Buchanan Rd & Southey Hill
  6. S5 that's er, the posh end of town, Parson Cross Anyone got the dog wardens number to hand? dint know they really exsisted in real life, only seen them in cartoons and that.
  7. Let it be, it's free. Just wondered if anyone is missing their dog thats all. Pipe down spotty I wont let it do anything it will do what it wants. There is just as much chance the dog will get run over as there is my cats and all the other cats and dogs out there roaming the streets. Obviously if it's still there tomorrow I'll try other options.
  8. Any one missing a gnarly looking dog in S5? It's currently trying to bone next doors pit bull but with no joy as there are bars between them. It looks like a cross between a boxer and staffy. You wouldn't go near it by the look of it or if you dont know dogs or if you value your life and that but it's actually quite gentle and it's not bothing my cats. It's not got a collar on or had the snip. But someone must be missing it, it's in good nick and that. Poor thing it's been here since miday. Dont want to call RSPCA or anything incase they put it down or something. But I can't imagine it being safe on the streets.
  9. Dug there are plenty of threads for you to choose from. Pity your posting/moaning on ones your not interested in, guess your waiting for another plane to fly past or something. I'm finding the thread interesting and I'll move on from the threads I'm not, try it.
  10. Hi Jillybabes I agree cycle lanes to me are a waste of time and cyclists will generally go where they like, why not. That could have been me! around 4.40pm maybe. I feel safer on the road and it's quicker. I've been cycling for years, though I also drive. I'll cycle down the middle of the road as there's more space than on the side when there's lots of traffic. Sorry if I got home before you
  11. I recon Chez Lah Lou near The Dram Shop on Crookesmore Road I think it is.
