I'd say the latter is more important if you are not that knowledgable about running a business yourself.

How about just 'Grilled', the simplest names are the best, you can always have a tag line underneath that says more about what you do.

There are plenty of people out there who will design you a website advertising your business for peanuts, but if you want it to be e-commerce then it gets expensive. My advice is to approach Hallam Uni, I did a degree in Computing where I made a website for a local chocolate shop, they got the site for nothing and it helped me complete my project.

Looks very nice, all I'll say is add a link from the images you have at the bottom of the home page where 'about us' is, it's always better to give people options, I went to click on the image to find out about you rather than clicking the small 'read more' text further down.
