For the last couple of days my phone won't send my texts, they go straight to outbox, where it says they have been cancelled. I can receive texts & make & receive calls. My contract hasn't run out & I haven't used all my minutes. Can any one help!

I first posted this in October but seems they're still making calls. Had a call today from someone called Lewis, informing me that as I hadn't made a claim on my satelite insurance I was entitled to have it for £5 for the coming year. He then went on to say that if my bank details were still the same all he needed from me was the long number on the front of my debit card, to prove to the bank that he had spoken to me ?? Told him that I wasn't going to give him that number over the phone as I couldn't even recall taking this insurance out last year. He said he understood my concerns but, that it was quite safe. Told him he could send me the stuff out in the post & I would look at it. He just said ok & hung up. Has anyone else had similar calls recently ?
