Anyone used Blundells Conveyancing Dept?
Orian11 replied to Camrat78's topic in Sheffield Property & Housing
I have not used Blundell’s; I have used Convex when selling my house and relocating. I was a bit doubtful at first at house the e-conveyancing process takes place. But what I had was a rather fast and stress-free conveyancing experience -
After you have been able to find a prospective buyer, remember property transactions generally take a long time because of the tiresome and cumbersome legal and administrative process. The Government launched its e-conveyancing pilot scheme in 2005/6 and both the home sellers and buyers have to deal with the complicated and time- consuming conveyancing process. Even though house sellers have very few administration issues to bother about, it is still advisable that a professional solicitor or conveyancer is hired. I have used Convex. Conveyancing involves a lot of legal aspects and takes about 2-3 month before the entire procedure is completed. You can contact a conveyancing solicitor as soon as you decide to sell your house and get him to start the setting up legal documents like the contract, this way you can avoid serious delays later on in the proceedings.

Hi there, It is possible that your conveyancing solicitor did not explain the documentation to you at the time of purchase. If you have a mortgage on your property, why do you not remortgage it. You can make it a rent to let mortgage, this way you could use the money you get from the rent to pay off your mortgage. You can try the Convex conveyancing firm to remortgage your property. I have used them and they are efficient and professional. You can try them out too. Bye and all the best

Hi there, Honey I do not know much about Dysgraphia, but while surfing the net I came across the site Buddi this is a GPS tracking device, that can tell when the where abouts of your child at any given time. The Buddi can also work as a safety device and it can be used to alert the authorities in case of trouble, immediate medical help needed. I do not know if your child would need immediate medical attention or not, as I do not know much about Dysgraphia but in case the Buddi can help you in any way that would be great. I do hope that your son will get better. Bye and all the best

What's the housing market like at the moment?
Orian11 replied to Buffey's topic in Sheffield Property & Housing
Hi there, I will not be able to help you in any way with that question. But I do feel that if you try convex they might be able to give you very good and professional advice. They are able to solve all my conveyancing doubts and I do have a great deal of trust in their advice. You could try them out too. Bye and all the best. -
