Hi. I'm looking for garden plants that anyone here might be willing to give away or swap for cuttings, plastic pots, etc. I'd be especially interested in buddleia, Cornelian cherry, cotoneaster, dogwood/Cornus, firethorn/pyracantha, and Guelder rose/Viburnum, and any fruit plants. I could trade for a limited number cuttings of brambles, blackcurrant, gooseberry, rose and a less limited number of transplants of oregano and chives. Any other garden supplies that you're happy to give away, trade, or sell for a small sum are also of potential interest.

I'm so disappointed that Mr and Mrs White can't provide raw milk any longer. It was a lovely, unprocessed product. What a sad state of affairs for Sheffield. Shame on the FSA for increasing the already considerable economic pressure small-scale farmers.

Yoga is an older discipline and comes from India while Pilates is from early 20th century Germany and was developed as exercise for injured WWI veterans, then taken up by dancers.
