Also the same people wanting him sacked are probably the same spiteful people who complain about shop workers via online survey's because they don't have the balls to do it direct to the manager, just to get a discount or vouchers. probably a 419 scam named from the article of the Nigerian Criminal Code that deals with fraud. They take you in by offering money in one guise or another and rely on greed. As the saying goes "you can't cheat an honest man".

the price is determined by the type of cut, if it was displayed and priced without the fat then the cost of the cut would be marked up accordingly. hope this makes sense
