having only just returned this afternoon from our once great city, a city i was born in, i must say Khans city is a mess the taxi drivers the uber drivers were all saying what a mess it is especially the roads system and congestion charge, almost every shop, bar , hotel and venue we visited was being run by ethnics of various races but mostly indians, pakistanis and somali, the shops and even the main attractions are filthy the streets are filthy, even the flowerbeds outside our hotel on tower bridge looked like a bomb site , cans bottle and god knows what , flowers or weeds couldnt tell. the vast majority is now not white so KHAN has got his wish, the advert is probably correct its such a mish mash of cultures where nothing is predominant, i used to love going back to London sadly i doubt i will go back in a hurry. my grandad an ex docker on the Wharfs must be turning in his grave if he could see it now.

i used to fly to pakistan on business, many passengers used to ignore the seatbelt signs and were up in the aisles getting bags whilst the plane was on final approach and hadnt even touched down, that was on PIA which i dont think are allowed to fly here anymore!

worst airline for this is must be Ryan Air, bloody fanfare as they land over the tanoy encourages the idiots to clap? what do you expect other than a landing.............hopefully thats it. i once sat next to a lady who after we landed said ooh wasnt that a good landing! i said listen love any landing is a good one

you may know all the figures etc training skill blah blah but what you dont know is how a building site works and it doesnt work without people starting at the bottom and doing as told you have no idea lady.

trouble is the youth of today dont want manual work, we have tried many 16-18 yr olds start ting them labouring and will teach them as they go learning on the job, half of them dont come back after the first day saying its too hard work, too cold, too wet etc etc even had mums ringing in sick for them, the other half spend half the day trying to get on their phone so we take phone off them and the get all arsey , no good to us , god help people in 10 or 20 years trades if any left will be on 5k a week as there will be so few of them.

Ha Ha well i have had a class one HGV licence since 1984 (not driven commercially for a long while apart from our race truck) , getting into and negotiating tight roads is far more difficult with an Artic! buses are very easy in comparison, its just lazy drivers.
