problem is when its unique, issue is something the co is aware of and ongoing (and hopefully trying to fix, but probably not as why fix something when the slaves on the phone can just be shouted at allllll day)

in terms of customer service, its used as saying yes we acknowledge theres an issue, but its an easy one to fix. (As sooo many customers say "sorry to be a bother/problem/nag when trying to advise of an issue)

yeah but Eten is local and independant. I'd rather spend my money giving back to Sheffields independants than some faceless chain. Also, wetherspoons is all frozen and reheated in a microwave. The toast is probably the only thing made "fresh" there.

i believe everything they serve/use is organic, free range, etc. That stuff isnt cheap. they also can cater to most dietary needs (gluten, vegan, coeliacs, etc)

I like to donate to MIND on London Rd... Great charity and the shop is always busy.
