  1. I think its the OP's take on this that i can't get my head round
  2. maybe you could help me understand the statement below I do feel very sorry for her, she has told me tales of how other children her age hang around the peace gardens and town centre at night drinking, she could have done that, but didn't think it was safe. Whilst I know it was reprehensible to do it at all, I actually think it was quite responsible to try and make her first outing safe by going with an older cousin and by agreeing limits to her drinking in advance.
  3. responsible?????????? lets teach kids to deal with problems through drink & if it had gone to plan maybe cost someone else a fine. I really can't take this statement in
  4. If they've been done for underage drinking, it could a condition of their license
  5. this is the best thread i've ever seen, how sad am i lol
  6. people think its an easy job but it's not
  7. with so many pubs closing, it's safer to start as a manager for a pub company, at least you know your going to get paid for all your hard work
  8. I'd reconsider, i've lived on s5 most of my life, 10 years ago it was a nice area but now, its not a nice place to live. don't get me wrong there are plenty of nice people but the wanna be's now out-weigh them
  9. the so called mother would not allowed the childs real dad contact
  10. the 1st post i put on here was stating that sue was good at her job and run a great pub, now i've ended up defending myself because i believe that and i also believe she made a mistake this time
  11. I'm sure he'd rather not his illness but he has and that means he can't go in that pub because he wears a hat to try and hide it = discrimination not everyone that has chemo losses all their hair, do you know what it's like, people looking at you with pity etc
  12. of course not, carrying a knife would have nothing to do with his illness. The hat was, to cover the loss of hair due to chemo
  13. i did state i'd changed this post wot has a knife got to do with his illness
