soother

my partner and are both young professionals and have recently seen a house in meersbrook which we really like, but we don't know the area. is it a nice place to live and is it safe? will the area hold it's value or is it better to look at abbeydale/ecclesall/broomhill area where you have to pay more for less? any comments much appreciated
