Have no intrest in sports what so ever so would never have to worry about football taking priority lol. Massive film fan and quite the self proclaimed geek (but a cool geek at that) Looking for a chilled out lass that can sit back and relax to a good fiilm or two but also up for a mad night out and and when needed Send me a private message on here for my MSN address or other ways to contact me. Multi-region DVD software for PC, is there any?
seanpint replied to Rich's topic in Computer & Tech Chat
Give VLC a crack too. Thats a bloody good bit of software. -
dont buy acer. why not build one yourself?

a 4 cell battery is going to be a crippler. I saw on hexus there is a brand with a 9 cell battery out soon so that will last hours. I like the Asus stuff but the Wind gets it for me with the ability to change the HD easier I would stay away from Acer stuff (and normally Advent but the 4211 is a rebadged MSI Wind so thats all good) Had nothing but probs with any Acer stuff i have used

I do love the idea of linux and have had a play about with it a bit (but not much) What i would ask is why do you want linux on your system? I have modded versions of both xp and vista and they work really well.

Sapphire HD 3650 graphics card problem
seanpint replied to Iggle_Piggle's topic in Computer & Tech Chat
You uninstall the previous drivers first then install the newest ones for the card? -
Also the new Jasper chipset is out for the 360. (or out pretty soon due to the price drop to get rid of the older ones) That looks to be even better then the Falcon http://gaming.hexus.net/content/item.php?item=15668 canmt find the older info on Hexus about the Jaster but it does look good
