  6. Hi, An 85 year old gentleman was knocked down and killed after visiting his wife who lives in the old peoples home on Elm Lane. It was a hit and run. Details of the accident are in tonights Sheffield Star, Hope they get who did it, although the car was found abandoned nearby, so if its 'joyriders' nothing much will be done, Lets hope he rests in peace and that his poor wife doesnt follow him to heaven with a broken heart, Lisa.

  23. Hi, My dad Michael darling and my Uncle Keith Darling were members of the 61st boys brigade. They were wanting to find anyone who was there with them in the early 50's. The names my dad mentioned are Keith and Graham Cheetham (sorry if the spelling's wrong) and Keith Pullfry (sorry again!). They used to do a march at Whitsuntide through Firth Park, Regards, Lisa.
