We have just moved into a house with a Baxi boiler and a Drayton lifestyle LP711Si control panel, the issue is the 2 don't appear to have been talking to each other. The boiler appears to be working ok but not to the times set on the control panel. Any thoughts?

The chip won't show damage, it will show where each bike is. The idea is not that all bikes are collected and returned to their original destination, it is that the next user picks up the nearest bike to them and uses it. Over time most will naturally find their own favourite hunting grounds.
