Today's line up against Plymouth in what should be a cracking atmosphere, 4 changes to last weeks line up. It will be hard game against a good Plymouth team, hopefully Wednesday will be on top form and come out winners to go top of the league.

What a joke Ofgem are, they have asked the companies not to install these meters, they should have said no you are not installing them till we are happy that everything has been shown to be correct. You only have read some of the comments on the FB page called EDF customers who have been, or feel ripped off by edfs tactics to see how effective Ofgem are, they seem to side with the companies, yet they are supposed to be impartial.

iansheff replied to bassett one's topic in Sheffield Football
Today's line up in a rematch of last weeks game, 2 changes to the side that played them last Saturday. Hope they can keep the winning streak going, don't need a draw and an extra game. -
Aden Flint signed on loan till the end of the season.

The article I read said it was a targeted attack as they had brought bolt cutters to open the gate.

iansheff replied to The Manager's topic in General Sports Chat

Food Firms Raising Prices Unnecessarily Apparently.
iansheff replied to Janus's topic in General Discussions
We are being really ripped off, it is the same every time there is a chance to add extra on to increase profits. We all know prices go up but they must be adding more on, watch the record profits when they reveal their yearly reports. I just got home from Asda they have put their own bread up 18.75% since last week. The own soups at Asda have gone up about 3 times, I think they used to be 50p now 65p, that is a 30% increase. It isn't only shops though the Government are raising passport prices by 10%. -
Today's line up against Fleetwood, 3 changes to the side that won at Wycombe. Let's hope they can carry on with the winning streak.

It is the media's obsession with calling people "stars & celebrities" such as those on programmes like Gogglebox that annoys me, what have they done that merits being called a celebrity or a star.

Sheffields Worst Roads For Speeding?
iansheff replied to bassett one's topic in Sheffield News & Discussions
There are always people speeding on the road from the bottom of Coisley Hill up to the parkway. -
Tv Programmes That Have Lost Their Appeal.
iansheff replied to pattricia's topic in Entertainment Chat
There are some programmes that are on a carousel and they just carry on. A good example is MASH on Great Tv, every time they get to the end it starts again. Also Heartbeat is never off ITV3 , it is on every day and has been for God knows how many years. -
Tonight's line up against Newcastle, 2 changes from the last game. A hard game but it is the cup and anything can happen, let's hope for a win.

I couldn't find the date on the image I just posted it to show the bus stop.
-
Thanks I just had a thought and looked on Google Earth it shows the bus stop and 'B' road closed off. Thanks
-
It is a good few years since I went on a bus to the RHH, I seem to remember going up Beech Hill Road and there was a turning point at the start of 'A' road years ago where the bus pulled in and turned around. Is that where you still board and alight at the hospital?

Sheffield Wednesday V Cambridge United
iansheff replied to bassett one's topic in Sheffield Football
I see that BBC LN totally ignored League 1 tonight and just showed the goals from the Championship and League 2, not even a mention of Wednesday or Barnsley. Yes but Wednesday were third end of December lol -

Yes it should say you will be fined and the offending scooter dismantled, then crushed and recycled.

Taken from the following site. E-scooter trials: guidance for users - GOV.UK (www.gov.uk) These rules are only for rental e-scooters used as part of trials The rules for private e-scooters have not changed. It is against the law to use a privately owned e-scooter. If you use an e-scooter illegally: you could face a fine you could get penalty points on your licence the e-scooter could be impounded

What a day it was, I remember my parents said you can't go, then at school assembly we were told that if we wanted to go then we could have time off school to go. Wasn't it Tommy Craig who raced to swap shirts with Pele at the end of the game, he most definitely wanted that shirt. This is a photo off the Owls Twitter page of the day in question, look at that Kop.
