Hi. I found a maisonette on the Web that I'm quite interested in buying in Summer Street. It looks hideous but has a lot going for it, notably (for me) couldn't be much closer to the Arts Tower. But I'm 200 miles away right now! Any views on whether it's worth the trek to see it? Will I hate Summer Street the moment I turn into it? Anybody been in those maisonettes?
