Hi dont think you will find a reputable one for less than £50.00. We have just done the same and used a gentleman called John Furniss of Furniss property instructions. I can highly recommend him did and excellent job was very efficient got EPC by email the very same day, his number is 0114 2686533 or 07837 822 820 charged us £50 really nice guy

The money from Bradfield parish council was originally ermarked to be spent on the Loxley recreation ground. This was decided after a village appraisal was completed and the results were that the majority of loxley people that replied wanted to see a park on the Loxley rec. So i cant belive that they are wasting more money on yet another consultation just because it seems someone didnt like the outcome of the first. The money was earmarked for Loxley rec and should be spent there.

Hi yes it was brill, but it was all students not just year 11, as my son was involved with organising and helping out, they do do something similar each year.
