I'll bet your one of the Maltby mafia,and if the info on SYF is anything like the info you've just given me it justifies my lack of interest.

Well they must be the FEW that I mentioned.

Every time I've been on the SYF site it's always got the same people on it's forum.I friend of mine joined the site and he agreed with me,he also tried to get a permit for a stretch of the Idle and got p****d off by the person who was selling the permits.He said he kept getting messed around. I've got nothing agaisnt the SYF site,but a few fellow anglers have also told me that they think it's dominated by a few people from the Maltby area.

Why don't you just buy the a to z,or go on to the googlemap facility.

I would'nt bother with southyorkshirefishing,it seems to be dominated by a few people from the Maltby area.I prefer yorkshirefishing.net,seems a lot more informed.

I've been past the Queens hotel a few times and it always looks as if something paranormal is going on in there.

The photograph posted by andyk68 brought back some memories.I went to Sharrow Lane junior school and I remember walking past that building many times on the way to and from swimming lessons at heeley baths.
