Adelaide City Council is investigating improvements to a park, including “lighting fuelled by dog poo”. The idea was trialled in 2010 at a US dog park near Boston with a contraption called the Park Spark, where users put their dogs’ waste in biodegradable bags into tanks, then turned a wheel to break the poo down and release methane that powered a street lantern.

I thought some of the council tax we pay go towards paying for the police force ? It's funny how the council tax keeps going up but the funding for the police force is rapidly going down .YOU NEVER SEE A POOR POLITICIAN ! -

Iv'e spoke to my son regarding the website he told me that he already uses this site, i thought he was just using youtube. when he was in primary school a person from sigma electronics came in to speak to us regarding college and uni courses and that he is educationally on course. At the moment he stays behind at school for computer club but his ict teacher has told us that she is limited to what that she can do for him as he is well above the expected grade even for a 11th year and he is only in the 8th year . I'm going to sit with him tonght and we will have a good look on the net to see what we can find.

My son who is 13 (and is autistic/aspergers) is learning coding at school. He has allways been into computers and programing and he is a real wizz with all this stuff. He loves all the old retro consoles and PC'S and he has quite alot of them. We feel that he needs someone or some sort of club to take him under there wing for him to reach his full potential as we are not that technology savvy. He want's to go into this for a living and us as parent's dont know what path he should take. So advice would be gladly appreciated. Thanks
