  3. 9/11 had to have been an inside job , how was it that the bbc reported world trade centre 7 building being had collapsed while the reporter was still stood in front of it , in all its glory behind her , minutes later it collapsed , I might add that world trade centre 7 had not been hit by any plane so why did it collapse
  4. ill have to post this here as theres no classified section , ill be selling my Vauxhall magnum shortly if any interest , will be looking for £3500-£4000
  5. if anyone says to me, na then kid how much are we talking I put £20 on the their quote I don't need that comment at 55 years old
  6. internet killed the high st , make all internet businesses pay a levy like a business rates charge, they'll soon close them down and where did they think they could have on line and the high street within the same company , so you want bingo on line ,hmmmm I wonder why the bingo halls are half empty , you couldn't write it could you
  7. too right sir , if anyone was at the side of me on the drakehouse roundabout and I was in the correct lane and they weren't id have no choice but to collide
  8. the worst ones I see is going towards crystal peaks on the a57 bypass from handsworth when you get to the end the right lane is for going towards moss way , loads of people ignore it and go straight on towards drakehouse retail park , or the best one ever is drivers that get in the right hand lane past asda at handsworth which is the lane to go on Richmond rd by the old driving test centre , when really they wanted the left lane to handsworth , loads do it its so obvious what theyre going to do and indicate left
  9. leasing cars . unbelievable , but then again nothing suprises me in this day and age , we,d all be better off if we just stopped spending on stuff that's not needed to impress the neighbours and got back to reality, put your money back in your isa that goes for the latest I phones , as well 3 yr contracts on phones , its all coming back to bite ya , the world has been propped up on 10 years of world central banks wanting the middle class to be indebted up to their eyes , the us dow jones stock market has just had its worst one day sell of since the great depression back in 1929 and its worst week in history , forget leasing cars , goverments will always throw the distraction , look here don't look here , be very carefull what you purchase , cut the debt , pay off what you can , live free of debt become your own central bank
  10. can anyone help me at all , ive been in the carpet industry for 40 years and have had my own shop for 11 years , im really trying to understand what people think of carpet /cushionfloor prices and what budgets they see as fair for these products , ive asked a few customers with mixed results , I personally feel theres too much choice for customers when they enter any shop being confronted by so many grey carpets and beige, , id really like to know what price per square metre or yard you feel is enough to pay for a carpet cushionfloor, or even per room ie £200 for a stairs carpet including fitting etc , or £9.99 is enough for a bedroom carpet , etc etc , as I say im trying to improve the products and reduce those that customers do not require from being too expensive , again personally I think carpet sells better £7 mtr-£16 mtr , but I may be wrong , any help would be very appreciated , thank you also do you compare on line prices as a guide to what you think is a fair price ?
  11. im now having a change of heart on this classic , im fancying a car I forgot about , the cavalier sri 1986 saloon , with the cross design alloys , I saw one in killamarh on Saturday as well , never liked the hatchback though
  12. nigel farage resigns live on air on lbc from ukip
  13. the system is rigged , and not in your favour please get out of it ,pay off your cards , don't take any more debt, don't sign any contracts longer than 12 months, buy a second hand car over 6 years old , buy a small house with a small mortgage , do whatever to beat the government and have more money in your pocket to enjoy with your family😊
  14. im sorry but I still feel my points valid , young ones today wouldn't dream of buying a 2 bed terrace like I did , and they wouldn't consider buying a 09 plate car , with a good service history at £2500 , they'll want to step into the new 4 bed detatched house , and the lease option bmw m3 , as I say whats wrong with living within your means , can you imagine what these big house mortgages will be when the mortgage rates go up for the young couples , I remember 14% interest rates when we joined the erm
  15. hang on I do know the answer to this , itll come to me just give me a minute, oh yes I remember its a mortgage where you can only pay up to 10% off each year , another british mortgage con , cant have anybody paying it off now can we
  16. high debt load is the new normal // god help us all
  17. well, wellwell would you credit it , an agreement on tariffs between the 2 countries , just the tonic to send the stock market up , isn't it amazing how words are now driving the economy , say this and move the stock market , tweet this and up she goes again , all fake news designed to make the rich richer
  18. I think we are, looking at asset prices , houses, cars, car leasing, art, classic cars, theres some real debt out there and over priced none essential stuff people sign up to , you can feel summats coming , I think the bubbles bursting , anyone else think the same , just looked at a well known car maker lease option £4500 deposit and £350-£500 per month , who seriously wants that much debt in this climate/whatever happened to living within our means like our parents taught us ...and no I don't have a lease car I bought mine on a hire purchase agreement and its an 11 plate ive 7 payments left and its paid for , I have a small mortgage of around £350 pcm and that's too much as far as im concerned
