  3. Thanks Angel, looks like the Doncaster road one is nearest to me. Do they have their own out of hours service?
  4. Spire at chesterfield is always cheapest I've found. Angel whereabouts in Rotherham is arncliffe? We've just moved n sadly need a vet closer to us than chesterfield but don't want one that'll rip me off
  5. Spire vets at chesterfield is usually the cheapest
  6. Hi, I have kittens due around march 24th. They will not leave me until they are 13 weeks old, fully vaccinated & microchipped. Please PM me if you are interested in being added to my waiting list.

  11. We have 6 house cats and 1 who comes in n out when he feels like it. I have an outdoor Cattery which they use in the summer. Would love to see a Photo of the ocicat!
  12. Do you do people too? We really want a family photo with all our animals on but it's hard to find a reasonably priced studio that will allow animals
  13. Mine have all been on raw for a while now. Would never go back to cat food x
  14. To be honest I've only been feeding raw for about 3 months but they love it. I still have dry down for them to graze on thru the day and they have the raw at teatime. Only 1 of my 7 cats won't eat it so she's just on dry. It's getting more n more popular to feed raw to both dogs and cats. I spoke to another breeder who recommended it. They no longer have upset tummies as they often did when I fed them pouches. Dunno what the vet thinks as I've not been recently but I will see what they think when I next go
  15. I feed all of mine a raw diet from the place behind towsure at hillsborough. No messing about, all minced n frozen. 15 packs for 8 quid I think. They love it
  16. Thanks I've had a look but there doesn't seem to be many kittens in rescue at the moment luckily. No doubt they'll all be flooded in a couple of months
  17. A very dear friend of mine has recently lost her cat and is looking for a new kitten. She wants a male tabby and it MUST be a young kitten in order to be raised with their dog. Does anyone know any available either thru rescues or privately? If private, must have had a health check with the vet. Thanks for reading x
  18. Ah, about as far over the other side of the city from me as you can get. That'll be why I've never heard of it :-/ sorry I can't help. Is the children's information service still around? They used to have all the details for stuff like this x
  19. Haha thought it was strange to see u in here Angel! Just some ideas from what I'd have appreciated - bottle of wine (unless she's breast feeding obviously) some nice luxurious toiletries, bio oil for stretch marks, a book or magazines, chocolates, an IOU to babysit after a few weeks so mum n dad can go for a relaxing meal. For baby - scratch mitts were always one thing I forgot to buy. Baby shampoo, nappy cream, baby wipes, travel changing mat, nappy sacks, nappies, baby hairbrush, baby towel, vests, bottles, teats, dummies. Just a. Few ideas, hth
  20. Leo's are fabulous dogs. Met with a few of them and their owners at crufts. Less slobbery than our saint or newfies, but still a giant breed. I WILL own a Leo one day
  21. I didn't know that either chezzfaye x
  22. Yes, my saint had her op done at spire in chesterfield. They have a specialist for eyes there, a lady who works part time. I think her name is Evva or something similar. Her & Bruce did my girl between them I think x
  23. Do what you and your husband think is right n ignore everyone else. I have 5, all planned, and no regrets whatsoever. I, like you, always wanted a big family. I only have one sister and my husband is an only child. We love our big family. Good luck
