no, fraid not!

But then, young boy racers are often out at night with a car full of young people showing off, and this is when accidents happen, its not fair for the sensible ones, but if it saves lives...

they say it could come in sometime this year, but lets not hold our breath!

It is a free bus service that goes around the city centre. apparently it is to stop congestion, but will people still have to drive in to get on the bus?
