Hi don't know what area ia but around Graville Rd is great i lived not far from there & schools are good, could walk into town & busses everywere. theres a really good park too. it's verymult-cultural. i've now moved to a small village & mostly all white family's & my friend is japans & finds it difficult here she also lived near Granville Rd & loved it although theres a lot of students. good luck & happy moving
