We are in S8 and have recently moved into a house with this very same problem. I contacted Yorkshire Water ( via live chat on the website so I didn't spend hours on the phone ) they arranged for one of their engineers? To come and check our flow/pressure. It turned out inside the house we had 7 litres per minute should be more ( can't remember what exactly ) and the flow outside was 14 should be around 22. They came and replaced the pipes to our boundary and the outside flow increased to 50 litres. Did it within a month and didn't cost us a penny, so contact them, they will come and check it out for free. Hope this helps.

Girl with him, long light brown hair, a nice young couple, I must have taken the mobile number incorrectly, I find it weird the solicitors can't go through DVLA. I'm trying to find a witness to an accident I was involved in. On 5th September 2013 around 10.40am at Prince of Wales roundabout. A young man, Matthew and his girlfriend pulled up behind my car and said they had seen the crash I thought I had written his mobile number down, I had but incorrectly, probably due to the shock. The other driver, who Matthew agreed had caused the crash is now saying it was my fault but without Matthew as a witness I cannot verify this. Matthew was in a T reg maroonish, fiesta. I have the full number plate and have given it to the solicitors, but they say they cannot follow it up with DVLA ( which i think it strange as private car parks have no trouble in finding you, but that's what they have said). I know it's a long shot but if Matthew is on the forum please PM me.

We have used JMC twice in the past year, to sell my mothers house and then to sell (& buy from) . I found them to be really good, always returned calls, phoned me when they said they would. They were the most reasonable, with fixed rates and they even talked me out of such things as not needing any brochures or for sale board ( all extra costs). On completion day they kept us "in the loop" and everything went really smoothly. I would recommend them and should we sell again I would definitely use them.

It was Spiers, as I went to school with a girl had same name and I asked her if they owned it ( they didn't) , Saxone was where Halifax now is on the opposite side of High Street, very nice but costly shoes.

A HUGE thank you to Jeff Smith ( username jsmith2009, aka Jeff the joiner) and his crew who have just completed a full refurb of our new house. We had a full rewire / new central heating inc boiler/ shower room / toilets / windows & loads of plastering. Also took down a wall ( and Jeff liaised with building regs for us as we left them to it & went on holiday). Jeff himself has done a great job rehanging doors, new skirting, fitting our new kitchen and done an amazing job fitting flooring in the kitchen/ diner. Couldn't have done it with out you Jeff thank you so so much. Wouldn't use any other joiner, recommend Jeff every time.

Why are cars who do not use bus lanes out of bus lane hours not fined ( driving without due care and attention, surely). Section near Homebase, Meersbrook a prime example. Everyday I see cars zooming down in the " normal" lane when out of bus lane hours, and if I use the bus lane, correctly, after 9:30, I get a lot of hand/two fingered signals.

Went last week, and the lagers & beers are still pricey. Whilst the food was nice, we were sat down at 9 and were totally forgotten about until i went and got someone to take our order consequently did not get our food until gone 10pm. Yes it was busy but people arriving after us were dealt with quickly, we just seemed forgotten about. I would probably return at some time because the food and place is lovely. Just think the staff need to keep their "eye on the ball" a bit more.

You don't say whereabouts in Sheffield you are but if you are on the south side Battys butchers at Woodseats do fab burgers at around 50p each. They are very meaty and great to barbecue.

As lyndix says, initially keep it at the school, teacher, then headmaster/mistress and then Chair of Governors. If that fails its the Local Education Authority and finally Ofsted.if still not resolved as a last resort Local Government Ombudsman . Keep a diary of who you contacted and when, keep copies of all letters sent & recieved, and note any phone calls and what was said. Give them a date by which you need some responce and if none is forthcoming then go to the next one up the chain.
