I like how British Gas advised to get homes insulated. And who will do this insulation? Oh yes, quite by chance British Gas do a good line in this. So BG hike up prices to a level no one can afford and then make even more money by selling home insulation. Don't you just love capitalism. :clap: The rich get even richer by taking money from the rest of us.

No, what happens is that Labour invest in people. They put money into schools, hospitals etc and loads of other public services that we all use because this is why we pay taxes. Tories let these services run down and give the money saved to their multi millionnaire friends in tax cuts. During Mrs Thatchers time in office 80 billion pounds was taken away from public services and this exact same amount was given in tax cuts to the very rich. Unless you belong to the richest 20per cent you are cutting your own throat by arguing in favour of the Tories. But of course you are unable to, or don't want to see this.

He called the utility companies in to sort them out and was told in no uncertain terms that they were in charge not him and prices are to go up not down. This followed the great success of Osborne in sorting out the bankers a few weeks ago.

Depends what you mean by achieve. Nurses don't get paid very much but I would say they achieve quite a lot. In your sad world though a persons worth is judged only by how much cash they have in their pocket.

The Tories always do. Reducing the wages bill brings in more profit for the company. This is the heart of capitalism, the few get rich on the backs of the many. Tories always put the love of money before the love of people. That is why they are very sad people in need of help.
