  1. if you know anyone who is a "trade" person they can open an account and purchase it for you. when we went we said we were project managing our own extension and said we could open an account in our name even though we weren't tradesmen.
  2. There is another exit/entrance at the top of the escalators that lead to chaucer road, plus there are other emergency exits around the shop so you'd go out the nearest one rather than down the escalator. Common sense

  7. I got married in September 2010 at Kenwood Hall, it was brilliant, the package they offer is a very competitive price especially after added up prices per head etc at other venues. If you want to have a look at our wedding photos just PM me
  8. http://www.baldwinsomega.com/page425.asp I had my hen night at Baldwins Omega, it was a carribean night. Fabulous food and great dancing. They have public parties which are all different. There were 29 of us, the place caters for 200. Really recommend it if you want to eat and dance and not drag everyone round from pub to pub
  9. I'm using trisha who lives near yew lane, recommended by La Bella Brides at chapeltown. 0114 2461890

  11. As I may be being made redundant in the near future, I have been thinking of starting my own business but need some help as to what services people need and are willing to pay for. I was thinking of offering: cleaning ironing grass cutting hedge cutting shopping dry cleaning drop off/collection and most other jobs that seem to get in the way of peoples busy lives. I would probably charge an hourly fee so you could get more than one task done in the time that you pay for. Please tell me what you think? Do you need a bit of extra help? What other tasks can I add to the list? Louise Grenoside
  12. I used keys2move a lot cheaper than main agents had house on market 3 weeks this summer and got an offer and took it off market. It's cost me £99 deposit and 0.65% on completion. Very friendly service and they are based at hackenthorpe, I'm selling a Parson Cross and have now seen their boards popping up around me. We had quotes of £1300 from more well known agents but as long as you get on rightmove it doesn't matter which agent your with. Check out the website or phone Colin on 0114 2487030
  13. I'm selling privately so I can pass on a bigger discount to the buyer instead of paying the estate agent, I'm advertising on lots of free websites, supermarkets, local shops etc and on here, anyone wanting a brochure please email me on [email protected]
