I'm 19 i live in a high rise and i am a noisey neighbour. I have four neighbours and they all hate me. I Dont think its fair to discriminate. If you have been tested and had the proper tests i thinks you should be allowed. I used to be a blood donar but now i donate platlets because there is more demand.Have you looked in to donating platlets or bone marrow if you wanna help? From my point off view there are risks and hazards and the goverment is very strict on it. Its like been too skinny anyone under 8 stone is not allowed.
