Thanks guys for all your replies , The reason it would have to be a split level is because of the back door that leads from the garage into the garden it is an itegral garage & we are thinking that if we have to have the back door lifted & the window its going to be a bigger & lot more exspensive job.We could bring the floor up to the first step so it would only be one step down , It is double brick has we have a bedroom extension above the garage.

Hi can any one give me any advice on turning our garage into a kitchen,We are wanting to knock a wall down to make a bigger kitchen and breakfast area ie would we need planning permission , & how much would it cost to fit an RSJ ?. Also it would have to be a split level due to the fact that we have to go down two steps to get into the garage so if any builders out there could give us a rough quote , or advice if this would be workable that would be great . thanks for your time

Can any body help me i am trying to trace an old patten for my mum , Its a boys patten and on the front is a picture of 3 jumpers ( no models) one of them is Red and the other two are Blue and Beige . One of them as a roll neck I have been on ebay but had no luck . We think its a 1970's patten if any one as this or could let me know where i could get a copy i would be most gratefull . I loved that place ,Saturday mornings Saturday afternoons then Tuesday nights . I use to put seggs in the heals of my brouges & hoped that the bouncers wouldnt check them if you got stopped you where turned away. Can any one remember a dance that every one did where you all stood in a line & you twisted to the left then to the right on your heels.When ever i smell Estee Lauder Youth Dew or Brut for men it takes me back to my girlish days & the great times i had . x

one hour away from the airport( Holguin )we stayed at Playa Pasqueara it was lovely.
