Well my sons bike was also stolen a week last saturday, we were all still up and lights on,it is really sad! Thats nothing campared to the people who came into my house and stole my hand bag whilst I was upstairs, it was not so bad that I lost a lot of money but it was the personal stuff that can never be replaced,keep your door locked and your eyes open

many estate agents are threatening to pull out of Rightmove as their prices keep going up and the agents are not making any money these days,(poor things),there will be new umberella sights coming up to rival rightmove many agents will move to them, also did you know that most properties sell as a result of the good old for sale board, and the right price,it is not so much about mass marketing anymore, its a lack of buyer confidence.If your house is very competatively priced or totally unique and sought after you will sell.

I loved going, and yes i did jump!very frightening, also I hated the sirens when you had to get out, it was awful. Very true, we deal with it all the time, taking on properties where they have gone with the highest valuation and not sold,some agents will tell you what they think you want to hear.

I think it will be much better, as less properties will be on the market, due to timewasters or people just testing the market will not be tempted. So I think it will help property prices.
